I have not looked at the files you linked, BUT...
(1) Save your current IR configuration (download from the remote into IR.exe and save the resultant .ir file);
(2) conduct an MFR reset (press and hold "setup", press "rec", follow the prompts);
(3) learn all you need;
(4) download the remote into IR.exe;
(5) read the decode info in the learned signals Tab;
(6) Build an upgrade in KM or RM to match and off you go...!
All of this is explained in the Beginner's ReadMe files (linked below in my sig)
(at this point, it may be worthwhile to look at your saved IR file and decode the learned codes you have there, as well and build device upgrades to substitute for all of the OTHER learned keys you've been using)
