URC 11-7555, or: Any recent success on the JP1.2-frontline?

Post by Lars »

I just bought a OFA 5 digital/URC 11-7555. In the shop I was quite glad to see the familiar 6-pin-socket on the backside, but only back home I realised that it didn't say JP1 but JP1.2 :( .

As I really like to have some "real button" remote, and the market for thes seems to be quite reduced, I was really glad to get this model, but without JP1-capabilites it's not nearly have as usable.

Are there any promising attempts out there for getting JP1.2 remotes working?
