RM Problem - Remote Image doesnt display in Layout tab

I haven't used RM for quite some time and now I'm having a problem I didn't experience before. I can load a remote description into RM but the image of the remote will not appear when the layout tab is selected to enable assigning functions to the desired buttons,

Any suggestions as to what my problem might be?

Is it possible that the MAPS folder has been moved or improperly configured in RM? Check RM's Command bar > Options > Folders > MAP folder... It should be pointed at the folder that literally has all the jpeg images and map files for the remotes.
