Problem with Dreambox 600 Remote - URC-39930RJ0-04
I have built a JP1.X interface and run ir700beta3 but when i try to read the remote i get this message
There is a conflict at fixed data adress $0200. Do you wont to replace the existing data with the fixed data?
What should i do to read the remote?

The latest software is IR7.00 from here.
IR7 is successfully reading the data but the fixed data it expects to see is different. You should choose NO and then save the .IR file and upload it into the Diagnostics section. Most likely, some of the fixed data has changed and I need to reduce the number of "fixed" bytes in this remotes RDF.

I took a peek at the RDF and I don't understand why it calls for fixed data, so hopefully someone more familiar with this remote can explain. I would think that it would be OK for you to comment out the fixed data section of the RDF (ie, put a # in front of both the entry and the header)
#[FixedData]
#$0200=$4B,$4E,$53,$01,$05,$04,$07,$FF,$FF,$FF,$02,$2C,$10,$51,$20,$01,$00,$04,$00,$07

The .IR file you uploaded had these device upgrades using protocol 016C and Fixed Data in the hidden upgrade area:
SAT/0031: 0E 07 44 1A
SAT/0032: 0D 17 44 1A
SAT/0033: 0C 27 44 1A
SAT?0034: 0B 37 44 1A
You'll need to find a way to change the "unit" number on the DM600 so it responds to 0032,0033 or 0034. You then change the remote setup code to be 0032,0033,0034.
You can use RM to build an upgrade if you want as well. It appears the hex code for buttons are the same but the fixed data is different between dreambox machines.
The hidden SAT/0031 device upgrade is

I wont to change the remote like this
I have make an upgrade with RM and i gave it the setup code 1238. I cant change the setupcode for the dreambutton. I change it to 1238 but when i read the remote again it has change back to the orginal setupcode.
The Dream Setup Code Lock is off. What does i do wrong? what should i use for setupcode?
Code: Select all

In the Dianosis Area of the Files Section. There is an
button at the top of the page. It's the same place you uploaded a file in the third post of this thread. How did you upload THAT one?
Beginners - Read this thread first

I don't see anything unusual in your .IR file. I noticed your fixed data in your SAT/1238 upgrade is 06 0F 44 12 which is different than what SAT/0031 uses. Is this correct?
Also try a different setup code number. So when you download from the remote again, the only difference between upload and download .IR files is the DREAM setup code changes back to SAT/0031, correct?
