MCE Media Center 2005

I just installed MCE 2005, and I can't seem to find a dev upgrade code. I do not have a MCE remote, but I do have a Infra Red serial interface from my realmagic X-card that I was hoping to be able use with my JP1 Remote.

Does anyone have a complete device upgrade for 2116 remote or similar.

I have the Microsoft MCE 2005 Remote V2. (black beanbag) This didn't help me. Does anybody have the V2 code?

On Sept 15 I realized my remote had insufficient memory. MCE file is good even for v2
