error messg from 'Install' program for Extender

running install gives the following messg in the command prompt window

Unrecognized Line [Buffer]

This is the error message. there is no output file created and [Buffer] is the first line in the IR input file.

What have I done wrong?

You're using an IR file from the beta or 5.0, which has had its format changed and is not compatable with any of the tools that use it. There's some workaround instructions here.
