SA 8000 invalid character error
I am attempting to load the Scientific Atlanta Explorer 8000 pre-formatted upgrade code from the site. I am using the keymap-master-8.10. When I attempt to paste the hex codes into IR (Ver 3.1) I get the "invalid character in input" error.
I would greatly appreciate any help in getting past this problem. Thanks!

Thanks Mark. I hadn't used IR in over a year and was using the old program with a relatively new version of KM. I upraded to IR 4.1, but so far I can't get the RDFs (v. 1.12.zip) to download. Since yesterday afternoon I keep getting the message that the operation has timed out before the Zip file even begins to download. Should I assume this is a temporary server problem at the Yahoo site? I really appreciate your help!

Mark,
Yes I've tried to save the target link, but I get an error indicating the web page has been moved or there may be server problems. I just wanted to make sure that there wasn't some setting or another that I had screwed up. I have emailed jp1-owner@yahoogroups.com. If there is another action that you can suggest, I would be happy to follow-up.

That email won't do you any good, since it'll end up with Rob or myself, and there's nothing we can do about Yahoo's file system. Try deleting your temporary internet files to see if you have some sort of cache problem. If that doesn't help, just keep trying (I was able to download the RDF zip a few minutes ago).tg_iv wrote:I have emailed jp1-owner@yahoogroups.com.
