KM 8.35 closes after loading a file

Using KM 8.35 with Excel 2003. Sometimes when loading a file, everything is fine. Other times, loading the same file, KM just closes Excel. If I reopen KM and reload the same file, everything is fine again, sometimes it takes two tries. Has anyone experience this? Thanks.

If this happened on my machine I'd suspect that I'd done something wrong such as saved the whole KM sheet after having made some changes. Try deleting KM 8.35 and re-downloading and re-installing it.

It would be nice to know which "file" you are referring to. It would also be nice to know if you'd tried it in an earlier version of KM.
