Samsung TV helper

Hey Robman as i am setting up new remotes I looked at what devices i wanted to add
and the "Samsung TV helper" that you made is one of them.

I noticed it is in the Diagnosis Area and wondered if there is a better category to place it in.
I do use this add on and maybe others would like it
It would need some sort of description/notes that its purpose is to lower and raise the tv volume a preset level and that the Dev2 value is what determines that level

Thank Rob for making this, with new OTA TV stations in my area I am using this more than ever

I had totally forgotten about that upgrade, so I just moved it to the TV folder.
