Yes, thank you, but I realized that I need the 6820N/8820N/10820N extender and not the RDF file. Thanks anyway!

Does the KM (currently at 9.18) have to be updated as well, before we could use it?
I have attempted to do a device upgrade using KM 9.18 on the urc-8820N and it doesn't work using the remote "URC-8820 / 10820 / 6820".
How do we get the new urc-8820N / 10820N / 6820N added to KM?
