I've never heard of the Bluewin brand, so it's not that common. The only way we could help you is if you were able to get us the remote control information from Bluewin or we were to borrow your remote.

Swisscom Bluewin-TV is the swiss IPTV provider. It uses the microsoft platform MediaRoom. I bought a slingbox Pro from France, so it's an european model. The STB is a Linksys KMM 3010-SC-A box.

I haven't any precise information about the remote control...

Thank you Gator for the link, but it doesn't work...

I've tried with the file C2000_PL.bin. I put it the SBAV folder and I wrote C2000 in the alternative code box. But I can't control my slingbox at all. No one button work. I can watch my TV, but I can't control it...

PS : I just see that I have a IR Balster version 4. So I think I need a RV.bin file...

Just FYI, here's the thread where the Bluewin was originally discussed:

Thanks a lot for your help.

I read all the topic you pointed. But, no one of C2000_PL.bin or C2000_RV.bin file work :? :? I can't control anything. My slingbox is new, but it's possible that the IR Blaster is dead... How can I check if it works?

Do you have a digital camera or camcorder? If so, look at the IR blaster through the viewfinder and if it's sending a signal you should be able to see it.

Thank you so much! It works now!!! :D :D

In fact, my IR Blasters were dead (even if they're new...). I changed them, and all is fine now!

It's so great when it works!!!
