URC6960 --- jp1?

I was wondering if the URC 6960 Kameleon remotes are jp1'able? If so what's needed to make them so?

Somebody sent me an IR.exe dump from one a while back, so they must be JP1 compatible. I imagine that you need the same setup as for the URC-9960.
