This is showing up as <unknown> in RM. I've uploaded a complete learn at https://www.hifi-remote.com/forums/dload ... e_id=12560
Could someone help ?

Alan,
I've seen this basic framing before: Lead In, 24 bits, Lead In, 16 bits, Lead Out, so I have an executor for it. However, the unit I looked at before had no name, so I didn't make a RMDU file for it.
So we can make a RMDU file for this. However, several of the learns weren't satisfactory. This protocol uses dittos and the following signals only contained the dittos, but not the actual signal. My experience has been that for a signal which repeats with dittos, it is very important to be sure that the teaching remote is stationary when learning. I have a tendency to click Capture, and then pick up the teaching remote and aim it at the Widget. I have to be careful to make sure the teaching remote is at the correct distance and not moving before I press the button. That way I can capture the very first part of the signal.
Whatever the cause, buttons 0, 3 ,6 ,Ch+, Exit, Up, Page+, and Page- only had dittos in the learns. Please re-learn these and I should be able to then post a RMDU file with the executor and OBCs.

That's great, thanks. New ICT file at https://www.hifi-remote.com/forums/dload ... e_id=12563 contains 3 shots of each of those buttons.

Here's a protocols.ini entry and a test RMDU. Unfortunately, the OBCs from the learns give OBC=18 for both 6 and 9 and OBC=40 for Right and Menu. However, it may be worth giving this a try to see if the other codes are recognized or if we need to change to a single repeat.

We have seen this framing before, but with a different scheme for the meaning of the bits.
Here's a representation of the IRP for the Digivision:The executor makes use of a feature of the IR engine: setting bit W7.3 enables a mid-frame burst (same as the lead in) after the initial PD13 bits.
Here's a representation of the IRP for the Digivision:
Code: Select all
IRP = {38.0k,182}<3,-3|3,-6>(20,-10,Dev1:8,Dev2:8,Dev3:8,20,-10,F:8,~F:8,3,^108m,(20,-20,3,^108m)*)
