JP1 Remotes

It is giving a warning that the KM file is for another remote and I have to reassign some buttons. I will try. I will get back to you when it is not working. Thanx in advance.

KM doesn't support my URC-7556 (URC-7555 is the same). RM does support the URC-7556 but I can;t find the RM files for my remote. RM can read KM files but I get a message that the file is for another remote. SO how can I convert KM files into RM files?

I want to. The 7556 is supported by RM but I cant get the right files for my remotes for RM. After a long search I did get the KM file for my Dreambox, Plasma LG TV , Yamaha DVD and Yamaha receiver. So I can't get all these files for RM... Or can I transfer KM (txt) files to RM ones?

I want to use Keymap Master to assign some keys to other functions in my URC-7556 device. But this remote is not present in the drop-down list of remotes in KM 9.14. What can I do to make thi s remote available in KM?

Is this a different cable than used for the DM7000? Because I can't program my DM 800 remote. It works very we;ll with my 7000 remote...

I have it working with a Philips DVD file. But only missing "on screen" button/code for this device.

As a result of many searching I have managed to get also my DVD codes. So I want to program these in my dreambox v2 remote. I followed the instruction in the help (files) area to program a fourth device. But sadly...it does not work (yet).

No, I will leave every Philips command which is not available in the sheet but will not test it or use it assiged to the buttons. I will only test the most interesting because the dreambox remote has also a limited list of available buttons. Test will be by trying to prgram it and see if it is ...

I've just downloaded a Philips dvd 762 km file and compared it with the (known) Yamaha codes. This matches exactly. So I will make a KM file (translated from the Philips remote) for this Yamaha DVD player and post it in the file section. Not every command is available on the Yamaha device.

yes, a typo. I've found a ccf file. I tried it and it worked. I can now turn on the dvd.

Unfortunately some keys are missing (or not missing) but not described. I will now have to try (trail and error?) if I can find the obc numbers for example title or menu and so on.

I've found a ccf file which I have converted to a txt file with decodeCCF.exe. The new txt file is not suitable for importing in KM. What will I have to do to make it possible to import it (or manually insert) it in KM?

If tried this but unforunately it is not working. There is a difference between my DVD-S550 and the ones that is by the RM file.

I'm looking for the on screen code for this player. Every thing rldr works great. With on screen you can see how long a dvd has to play and so on...
