I suspect that Robman pointed you back to the beginners' read me because it is likely that you have not read the document referenced in sufficient detail, and he was trying to help you help yourself.
You say you cannot "find a program" that you need. They are all referenced in that thread tha Rob pointed you to.
Since you provide so little information, I will try to guess what your problem is.
You have installed the program "RemoteMaster" (RM), correct?
You can open RM, correct?
When you go to the "Remote" window near the top of the "Setup " tab in RM, your remote does not appear as a selection, correct?
Does ANY remote appear in that window? I suspect not.
What you have failed to do is download and unzip the"RDF" (and likely "Maps and Images") zip files, so RM cannot find the data it needs to know how to work for your remote.
Had you followed the instructions Rob referenced you to carefully, you would have done that.
If you HAVE done this, it is not obvious from your "question", so even if one were to read it (as you suggest) one would be unable to figure it out.

I did read the question, and the complete lack of knowledge that it displayed told me that it would be a good idea if you read the beginner's guide first. Also, the link to the file section is at the top of every page in this forum.ebob wrote:Could you read the question if you dont know the answer please dont reply,I have already looked at these addresses but the programs will not load the file as stated above that is why I need help?![]()
A word of caution before you post again, it pays to see who you're replying to before you get lippy. As the owner of this site I can delete your account in a heartbeat if I don't like your attitude!
