RemoteMaster v1.84 is now available!

I've built and released RemoteMaster v1.84
Available downloads are:

RemoteMaster.v1.84.zip - Multi-platform Java program, works on Windows, Linux, etc.. Requires a Java 1.5 or newer runtime environment.
RemoteMaster.v1.84_Setup.exe - Windows 32-bit standalone application. Note: You must follow steps 4 and 5 of the installation instructions

Changes for v1.84

Fix Sony20 and Sony Combo (12/20)
Update protocol notes (thanks Capn!)
RMIR: Add support for JP1 USB interface (Windows only)
RMIR: Add support for "other" ports
RMIR: Bring JP1.x USB/Serial support up to date
RMIR: Fix endian issues
Enable S3F80 processors to use S3C80 code for Device Combiner
Update digitmaps through 434

What does "DecodeIR JNI interface not found!" mean in the error log, please.

That means RM can't find DecodeIR.dll. Put it in the same folder with RemoteMaster.jar

Now, I'm trying to figure out why I can't make the Delcom driver work for jp1 using IR. Last bunch of observations about mangled data is here

I hoped that perhaps RMIR might help, but it doesn't look like there's enough information to debug when the download didn't happen.
But in case there is, in diagnosis is a error log and few screen shots. Is anything there that might help debug the Delcom job for me?
