Hey Rob,
Your "Perfect Remote" picture seems to have been changed. Are you now supporting this more spartan look?

Not on purpose. As you may recall, I named the remote 15-1996 as that number hadn't been used at the time I "invented" the perfect remote, but they later used that number for the totally useless VCR Programmer remote.
I must have re-loaded some files at some point and the old image got replaced.
When I saw the subject line on this thread, I assumed you were going to be suggesting that we design the perfect remote and offer the design to UEI. Funnily enough, I sent an email to UEI recently with that very suggestion but haven't heard back from them yet. It's quite possible that they think it's kinda arrogant of me to think that I could come up with a better design (with the help of the JP1 gang, of course) than their professional designers! _________________ Rob

Oh yeah, I'm all over the place with that. I range from some classical to some hard rock. Never could get into the industrial, though, and the new country is just too pop for me. I guess I'm getting old. |

I'm a golden oldies kinda guy myself, I'll take the classics by the Sex Pistols and the Stranglers anyday. Stuff that's 30 years old is considered "classics" right? _________________ Rob
