|
|
New to all this JP1 programming!
I've downloaded the latest versions of IR, RM, the RDF's, jpg's, maps, and txt upgrade for the ACK-571.
1. I load the ACK-571 upgrade into RM
2. When I select the URC-10820 I get an error The selected protocol "manual settings"(01f1) is not compatible with the selected remote. Please choose a different protocol.
How do I get around this? Is there a protocol I can choose?
Thanks,
Kev |

Unfortunately, your remote is one of the newer JP1.2 models and uses a different processor than the one the ACK protocol was written for. One of the protocol experts will need to write a compatible version before you can use it. _________________ Mark |

Hopefully one of the protocol gurus will see this and take pity on your soul. Begging and groveling usually helps! _________________ Mark |

I'm on both knees here!!!!!!!!!!! Plz, plz, plz. Besides, I'm sure everyone would appreciate this, since both the keyboard and remote are both cheap and readily available in the market. |

Has anyone come up with a protocol for the ACK-571 and the 8820?
Skull
Edit: This version here has the HCS08 version for the 8820. |
