15-1994 Ext dead link

The EXT2 link for the 15-1994 appears to be dead, can someone please fix.
I wanted to play with the last version that supported learning

Its still available on the old Yahoo Groups site.

I have copied it over to this site, as well. I'm not smart enough to know what happened to the previous one at the now dead link.
