Power key problem on sat receiver (link to IR file)

I can't seem to get the power key to work for my device (Fortec Ultra Lifetime sat receiver) I got the upgrade file here. The power didn't work so I tried learning it (on my 9910). But still no luck. Here is the link to my IR file. (The device is SAT 1776 assigned to my AUX button)

Can't tell anything from the file as there is no learned signal and you have no keymove or macro overriding the power signal. What does the learned signal decode to? Does the learned signal work? Does the OEM Power signal work?
