first I would like to thank all those who got me started in the JP1 world for their help.
my question is .I created a power button macro to turn on all my devices with the M1 key and it works fine but there is a delay before each componet comes on.
my comcast HD remote when you hit the all on button ,all the componets seem to come on at once.
is there another way to progran my urc 8910 to have the delay decreased or eliminated?
power button macro

One word: "Extender"
Several words: Macros are pretty slow in unextended UEI remotes. Most extenders dramatically reduce the delay time between macro steps and they execute MUCH more quickly (amongst a plethora of OTHER useful modifications to your remote's behaviour). Download the 8910 extender zip file and peruse the readme file. It might be worth a try for you.
