Sorry, when I said "3 codes", I meant device codes. 0616 ReplayTV, 0864 DVD, and 1490 Samsung HDTV Tuner.
Replay Code 0616 (which was the only one i was trying to add at this time) never worked.

Sorry again. I am pretty dense. Diagnostic area is not user friendly for figuring out how to post links.
At any rate, the remote is in the mail to UEIC.
I do have another one if anyone is still interested in figuring why it doesn't work, but it is moot at this point.

For future reference, the way to post links is to copy the link to the clipboard, and in the message posting pane, paste the url in, then highlight it and click the URL button just above the pane where you're typing.
Also, when you receive the remote back from UEI, I'd recommend immediately saving its IR image, and posting the "official" UEI upgrades for others to benefit.
