Where to find devices4.xls

I'm going through the beginners doc and I can't seem to locate the devices4.xls file that is referred to...

Basically I want to add page up/page down and system info to the echostar 0775 code.

You don't need device4.xls for that, see http://www.hifi-remote.com/cgi-bin2/ueic.cgi?sat_0775

Anyway, device4.xls can be had at http://www.hifi-remote.com/files/tools/devices4.zip
