Nils: Updated RDF for URC-9960 One For All Kameleon

If you have a new remote that isn't recognized by RMIR, post the details here so we can help create a new RDF for it. Or, if there is an issue with an existing RDF or map, this is the place.

Here's an updated NAK0NAK0 (URC-9960 One For All Kameleon).rdf.
I made changes in the Buttons section, adding a number of "generic" names to buttons. Some will seem strange. It matches the Buttons2 sheet in KM. These changes make importing of KM upgrades work better.

Also updated the protocols section to show that variant 2 of PID 00CD is built into this remote.

Matching changes should be made to the RDFs for the extenders.
