Argh! Wrong JP-1 cable!
I ordered a pre-modified URC-6131 remote with a JP-1 cable from bluedo.com, and when it arrived today, both the remote and the cable had male ends. Is there any quick fix besides mailing it back? Is there somewhere locally I might be able to get another cable? Or may just a new end for the one I have? I live in Austin Texas, but I just wasn't sure where to begin looking. Grr! I was so looking forward to getting this all set up tonight!
You should be able to just pull the pin header out of the JP1 cable.

Yes, take the male end out of the cable. It is just a spare just incse you need it.Nos402 wrote:I ordered a pre-modified URC-6131 remote with a JP-1 cable from bluedo.com, and when it arrived today, both the remote and the cable had male ends.
