I did a version of the popcorn hour here. This file includes the RDMU and the WAV file.

Shk if you upload this file, it will add a DVD - 2000 file to your available devices.
WARNING, this will overwrite any previous WAV files you have loaded. There will be more work to do to integrate previous wav files and you'd have to post them here so we could incorporate them. However if you don't have anything to preserve, you can upload this WAV file and then assign DVD 2000 to the desired key.
I had never done a WAV file before, although the process sounded rather straight forward. Modify the upgrade in RM, copy it to IR, Select Export to Wav from the Menu, pick upgrade from the menu and go.
In reality this turned out to be a housekeeping drama. I had a bunch of RDF's for stealth remotes in my IR RDF area, which needed to be sorted out so that I only have the right RDF. Then in my RM-RDF's where I only have the official RDF's and Images, I didn't have any. After getting that squared away, I needed to download the IRtoWav stuff so that it wasn't a grayed out option on. After numerous error's "Unable to create Popcorn.WaV" file I had to revert to the README and delete a CLASSPATH variable that Quicktime had added to my machine.
SHK, there were a lot of functions available that I didn't assign to a button. If you don't have the functionality that you want, you can tweak this yourself.
You'll need to download the following tools.
Files Section ->Tools ->Main
IR 8.0x
RM Remote Master
(and while your downloading RM check for the Java)
RDF files Needed for RM and IR 1.28
IRtoWAV
FilesSection ->Tools ->RDF files
1131131 URC-7781 map jpg rdf for IR 8.00
Good Luck
