Creating RDF (Cox remote URC-7820)

For what it's worth, if all other things are equal to you, I would use the 3046 JP1.3 remote preferentially to the 1043 JP1.2 remote since the 3046 has an extra device bin. Both remote have four device buttons (which is frequently a crippling limitation - particularly since there is no extender for either of these remotes), but the 3046 has a hidden fifth device slot that although not directly accessible from the keypad, can be used internally and programmed in IR.exe, and you can set up a macro on some other button to call that device and use it.
