Very good effort I've just cleaned it up a bit and added the non-standard commands to the Custom buttons. I put the A,B,C & D buttons on the colour buttons. If they are coloured on your remote then they may be wrong. Easy to fix though.

I spent the past few days without internet access.
Their contributions have worked very well. Both controls (the Vicky and Ann work properly). They are not mapped all the keys, but the most important.
I would love to learn to do the translation from IR trans format at .bin. because surely I'll need a few more keys mapping.

I have finished testing the customized keys and I can confirm that all work properly.
I check the forum you suggested to locate all the keys on an image to match the original remote.

To change the skin, you have 2 options.

1. If you can find a built-in remote that will display the image you want, even if it doesn't work then it is an easy operation. Take a look at http://slingbox.wikia.com/wiki/Skin.toc for some we know about.

2. Design your own from scratch. See http://answers.slingbox.com/thread/8533?tstart=0 Although this works ONLY for the old Slingplayer Desktop. Sling blocked it's use on the web player and later players.

As I said in my previous post, if you can find me a built-in Remote that shows this image then yes. Otherwise no.

Ok, the Skin.rcn-synergy is the more similar to my actual remote.
On the slingbox assistant, the rcn synergy is associated to the RCN RC-U63CDR (Cablebox)

Thanks for your files. I am using slingbox pro HD.
I have tested the file you sent, but the RCU that i see is not the RCN Synergy one, is the same as previous remote, but with fewer buttons.
