how do I see the learned signals after resetting my 9910

Post by keenez »

Hello,

After successfully extending my 9910B01 and using it for years, I finally bought something new where I have to learn new signals.

I downloaded the latest software and re-familiarized myself with how to re-program my remote. I performed the "remove battery, press key, execute the manufacturer's reset" and then tried to learn new signals, even to the point of getting a "memory full" message.

When I downloaded it into IR, I don't see any memory available for learned signals nor a learned signals tab. Did I do something wrong? Was there something else I was suppose to do?

I can only imagine that you do not have the UNextended RDF in your RDF folder where IR is looking for it. Confirm that you have the right RDF files AND that IR is pointed to that folder.

Finally, if you cannot sort this out upload your downloaded IR file to the diagnosis area and provide a link to it here.
