Rob posted an upgrade for an older Samsung player - the BDP1000 here:
http://www.hifi-remote.com/forums/dload ... le_id=3453 .
The player seems to use some special encoding requiring a special protocol.
The newer player has a few more buttons than are in Rob's upgrade. There are A,B,C,D and a bookmark key. I tried learning these, but decode IR can't parse them.
Here is a link to an IR dump:

1=A, 2=B, 3=C, 4=D, 5=marker, 0=0
Thanks,

Sorry. I deleted it a while back and don't have a copy. Hopefully xnappo will post his version soon. In any case, the EFCs for those functions are 238, 240, 236, 243, 110 and 140 respectively. You can add those to the BDP1000 upgrade. If you're using it for a 1500 by chance, let us know if it works out. Hopefully one of those is in my future.
Sorry for not uploading it once I was finished in the first place. It is up now:mdavej wrote:Sorry. I deleted it a while back and don't have a copy. Hopefully xnappo will post his version soon.
