I'm trying to reprogram a few of the buttons on my Comcast URC-1067 remote to control an Audio Authority AVAtrix unit. I've got the following codes from a Pronto forum... can anyone help me out trying to get them into IR?

And is there no other way to get the right codes for IR than buying a new JP1 "learning" remote?
If that's the case - can anyone recommend a good cheap one?

Alright - I think I've got it...
One final question...
I've loaded the upgrade I've created with RM into IR. In the Devices tab, there are now 4 things in the box on the left:
CBL: 1376
TV: 1264

CBL: 2047
I would like all the functions on the Comcast remote to stay the same, except for the three buttons (A, B, and C). How do I do this?

It might help to upload your .IR file. Anyway, what you want to do is use the Key Moves Tab in IR.exe and assign the A,B,C keys to use a key from the Avatrix device upgrade. So if the device upgrade has Input1 thru 6 assigned to button 1 thru 6 then you would add a keymove to map CBL/A button to call your new upgrade(CBL/XXXX) and the 1 button.

That looks fine. What you've done is assigned CBL/2047 as the setup code for the Audio Authority and included 3 functions in the upgrade. You can include all 6 input codes if you like.
What you have to do is within IR.exe, click on the Key Moves Tab and at the bottom, click on the Add button.
For Bound Device, choose CABLE.
For Key, choose A{Lock}.
Then in the Function to Perform box,
For Device Type, choose CBL.
For Setup Code, type in 2047.
Click on the Radio button named Key,
Then choose A{Lock} as the key.
In the Notes, box put Input 1.
Click the OK button.
This should create a KeyMove entry that maps the CABLE mode A{Lock} button to the CBL/2047 device upgrade and the A{Lock} key in the upgrade(which is the Input 1 function).
Repeat the above steps for the B and C buttons in CABLE mode.

FYI: the codes don't work.
I don't think it's my technique, as I managed to upload the codes for a Sony BluRay player and they worked fine (as well as a few test shift keys).
My next step is to buy a learning JP1.x remote. Any suggestions?

I took your upgrade and copied it to my Atlas5 1025 and I made 3 keymoves to use the upgrade and learned the signals on an Atlas5 3000 and they seem correct(dev=64 subdev=159 OBC=5,6,7).
Have you tried the other Input OBCs? You can upload your final .IR file for review in case there is something wrong with the file.
Have you contacted Audio Authority and asked them if the data we have about the signal is correct?
You can also run CaptureIR to sample/learn the data if you have access to an InfraRed Sensor. I've used one on an old VCR by hooking a couple of wires(IR Sensor data out and Gnd to the PC's parallel port) before I acquired learning remotes.

I've purchased a URC-9910 JP1 remote, and learned the 6 source buttons that I need. Unfortunately, I'm having trouble downloading the codes to the computer.

Those 32 bits are four 8-bit numbers
00000010 - 11111001 - 10100000 - 010111110
Each number is in backwards binary. To get a decimal number you must swap the right/left sequence, then convert binary to decimal.
The fisrt number is device, second subdevice, third OBC and last is 255 minus the OBC.
For example 1111001 reverses to 10011111, which in decimal is 159. So I think you just rediscovered the codes you already knew.
