Finding an EFC Code for a remote

I need to find the EFC code for 2 commands that are not listed for my remote on the website below

The "TV Component Video" select button and the "P.Size" button (Normal 4:3 to Wide screen 16:9) I am trying to progrm my Motorola DVR remote

to operate my TV and I need these 2 commands. The otehr option I have is to read the EFC code form the TV remote, I have an IR receiver on my PC. Does anybody know how I can read what the EFC code is from the remote?

If you look in the File section (see the

button at the top of this page), there are MANY Samsung TV upgrades, several of which are likely to have what you seek.

In fact THIS RM upgrade has precisely those two functions (amongst many others), which are:

Component - Hex 3D, OBC 067, EFC 171;
P. Size - Hex 83, OBC 062, EFC 022
