I would like to know if someone already work to control Wall Mount air conditioning Units via RF. Like Trane Remote Control Wall Units? Thing I life on an island we use 365 air conditioning.

I will like to control the wall mount units like Trane, Can someone tell me is there is a way to do it with All in one control remote unit.

No. The only universal remotes, whether or not they are One-for-All (UEIC) or another brand, are IR only. There are no universal RF remotes.
