Toshiba md30h82 with Comcast 3 in 1 remote

I got the hdtv/dvd combo for a good price but with no remote. I'm new to this programming. The codes under 0156 seem to be working, but I can't get arrow keys. For example, I can get into the menu, but I can't navigate in it. I tried all the keys that said left or right or down, but most did nothing a few just changed channels. I also noticed that except for channel most of the keys that say up or down are the same code as the ones that left and right. Can anyone help, thanks! Mike
