Did you try the Coolsat code in the file section?

If you've tried the 5000 code and verified that it doesn't work on the 6000, we'll need a capture of the 6000 remote in order to build an upgrade for it.

Are you a JP1 user? In other words, do you have a JP1 learning remote and a JP1 cable? If so, you can do the capture yourself. If not, you'll need to loan your 6000 remote to one of us so we can capture the signals.

What about coolsat 4000 files. The 6000 remote works on a 4000, so it may work vise-versa.......

I have both the Coolsat 5000 and 6000. The same remote operates both boxes. They are identical except for the amount of RAm and the case
