I used IR to define some macros for my URC 6131 remote and the ones I bound to SHIFT-1 and SHIFT-2 don't seem to work. I basically defined the same macros for SHIFT-PVR and SHIFT-CBL/SAT and these worked fine. Any reason why these other keys wouldn't work the same way? _________________ 2 Hughes 157 hour DTiVos

If it's like most other ueic remotes, to invoke the shift commands on numeral keys requires a double press of the "shift" key. Example: on shift-play you would press "setup, play". However, on numerals, you need to press "setup, setup, 'one' " Double hit the setup key (aka shift) before the numeral key and see if it doesn't then kick in.

The 6131 shift button is "Set".
In almost ALL JP1 remotes, "shift" is the same button used for "setup", such as:
Set, Setup, P, * (star), Magic _________________ Mark |
