Please delete obsolete extenders

Rob, please delete the following extenders that are obsolete:

I usually overwrite old one whenever I release a bug fix version or just some very minor changes, but I couldn't do it to those because they are uploaded by someone else.

I saw some people grabbed old ones and got confused by either a bug or incompatibility with the latest RDF (some extender image specific addresses that often change across revisions.)

Rob,

Not sure you haven't noticed this thread yet or just ignoring this.

Here is an example of someone who was really confused by an old buggy extender:
