Rob, please delete the following extenders that are obsolete:

I usually overwrite old one whenever I release a bug fix version or just some very minor changes, but I couldn't do it to those because they are uploaded by someone else.
I saw some people grabbed old ones and got confused by either a bug or incompatibility with the latest RDF (some extender image specific addresses that often change across revisions.)
