The subject line pretty much sums it up. I've had this One For All remote for a while now and was just using it for my tv and satellite which work fine. Now I'm trying to branch out and use it in my entertainment room and everything seems to program into it except this amplifier. I've searched through the forums here and around the web and haven't found a code that will work yet.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks!

There are a series of device upgrades for the Yamaha HTR 5XXX here
The reason that I put in the above link is that those units are in the wrong place since, IIUC, they are Home Theater receivers and are in the general audio section.
AFAIK, there is no built in setup code for that gear in any OFA remote, so you will need a JP1/OFA remote and a cable. You can then install the upgrade yourself. Its possible that UEIC can install an upgrade, but as Greg has suggested, without more information about your situation, we can only speculate.
