i made the simple interface cable. it works perfectly with the rs 15-2116 i
bought but not at all with the urc-1057 that my cable co gives out. any ideas? do i need a different cable?
Comcast URC-1057 doesn't work with JP1 (JP1.1)

ah yes I have a URC-1057 as well from comcast for my DCT-2000. It does indeed have the 6-pin header for jp1 but it seems to be disabled. I haven't messed with it much though...

You're correct, it says JP1.1 below the header.
