There seems to be a language barrier here (I think I've seen that you're in Italy?) since it doesn't appear that anyone understands what you're asking.

I'm guessing that you want to control a Medion/Microstar MR6018 Plasma television, correct?

What model JP1 remote do you have?

Have you tried the code search feature on the remote to see if any existing setup codes will control it?

Can you learn any of the signals from the Medion and use IR to see what they decode as?

I have a medion home theater setup and I could find no codes for it in my remote. I had to learn every button and and use IR like mike said and create a new code using KM. I hope your remote doesn't have as many buttons as mine does. I think mine had at least 50.
