I'm trying to get my head round the way of using RMIR. But either I've mis-understood something or I'm approaching it in the wrong way.
I have a number of remotes that I have been able to define using (mostly if not all) learning onto a One for All Remote.
I have uploaded these to a PC running Windows Seven 64. I now want to aggregate the various files into one so I can upload them as one to the remote.
How? Or, as I say, perhaps I've mis-understood something...

Take your learns and create device upgrades from them. Make sure the function names reflect the buttons on the original remote. Its recommended that you include all the functions, even if you are not planning to use them on your remote.
Once you have created and saved your upgrades you are ready to start building your master RMIR file.
Start with a download from your target remote, delete the learns and start adding the device upgrades you created.
Assign the upgrades to the proper device buttons.
Save this file. This file will contain documentation that is not kept in the remote.
Upload to the remote.
Make sure to upload your device upgrades to our file section so that other's can benefit from your work.
Remember to provide feedback to let us know how the problem was solved and share your upgrades.
Tip: When creating an upgrade, always include ALL functions from the oem remote, even if you never plan on assigning them to a button. Complete function lists makes an upgrade more helpful to others.

As Vicky said, learns are usually unnecessary since we already have files for most devices here (don't have to be an exact model match, just brand and vintage usually).
But if you insist, you can use the handy dandy convert learns to device upgrade function in RMIR per the wiki, if the protocol is simple and the learns are clean.
Go ahead and post the make and model of each of your devices and we'll point you to the appropriate files, if you can't find them.
