Slingbox remote for Samsung BD-T7800

Post by twodice1 »

Evening all,

just spent the last 3 hours trying every samsung code for my new set top box

http://www.samsung.com/uk/consumer/tv-a ... -DT7800/XU

Are there any codes out there that will work with this model?

I found a match on the Logitech Harmony Database. Recorded the IR signals with the JP1 tools to create the respective files. BIN file Instructions. Customization instructions: Hope it helps.
Remotes; JP1.2: Comcast URC-1067, JP1.3: Insignia NS-RC02U-10A, JP1.4 OARI06G, JP2.1: Cox URC-8820-MOTO (still trying to figure out how to make them self-aware.)

Hi Eferz,

Thanks for the upload!

I do have a problem with this bin. Whenever I try to upload it, it forces the Slingbox to reboot. I've used different browsers but the issue is still there. Uploading any other bin files works without issues.

Any idea why?

The Slingbox is a 350.

Thank you!

You won't get a reply from Eferz, he hasn't been on this site for years. But I might be able to help. I can't see any reason for this behaviour but I have recompiled it for you with a different code. See https://www.hifi-remote.com/forums/dload ... e_id=12481

Use http://placeshiftingenthusiasts.com/how ... 0-and-350/ to install it.

Any good ?

Alan,

I believe the link isn't right, I get "The file you selected does not exist." from the website.

Would you mind checking it again?

Thank you!
