NEED ON/OFF CODE for Integra DSR 7.3

Using a Atlas DVR/PVR-5 remote and Pace Apache cable box. Can turn the DSR 7.3 (DVD/Tuner combo by Onkyo) either on or off, but not both?

Please read this. Without that information, you've made it nearly impossible to get an answer.

And please be specific on how you are able to turn the device " either on or off".

Found a match and recorded the IR signals with the JP1 tools to create the respective files.

I suspect jmfrazie only has the discrete commands for power off/on but would like be able to use PowerToggle. In which case, if he is using the Audio #1298 setup code then "PowerToggle" should be EFC5: 31977 or EFC: 051
