JP1 Remotes

Has anyone figured out if there is a discrete input code for the RCA 38 inch HDTV set?

I have checked the remote central forum and my searches turned up results saying that the input codes are the same power ON codes for VCR, DVD, DSS etc. This is one of those times I wished I had a learning remote so I can see what the blasted remote is sending to my TV

BTW, the reason that your search at RC said that the inputs are the discrete power on commands for other RCA devices is because that is the case.

I think I downloaded that upgrade file and configured it for my 6131 already. I was actually playing with the power (not discrete) commands for a couple of RCA devices but no luck yet, I'll try and look for discrete commands next.
