Add 4th device into Dreambox v2 remote

As a result of many searching I have managed to get also my DVD codes. So I want to program these in my dreambox v2 remote. I followed the instruction in the help (files) area to program a fourth device. But sadly...it does not work (yet).
My first obeservation is that not all keys (which are in KM) are present after import the code in the device tab. Only 18 keys are listed in IR.exe. Can the memory be full? And if so...can I delete unused codes in IR.exe. Because my dreambox originally uses 0030. But 0031 0032 are also present.
Second: I've added a fourth device by a macro (see pdf file). After that I added a device in the device tab with code 2046 (2047 already in use for the Yamaha receiver under shift-TV). 2046 is then connected to device OEM in the general tab.
Third: In the pdf a key called "Phantom1" is mentioned. That key was not listed in KM. There was a key Ph1 so I used that one? Could this be my error? And if so...can I add a key called Phantom to the KM file?
Maybe can someone send me a .txt or .ir file for the dreambox v2 rremote with 4 devices prgrammed (no matter which devices) so I can look if I do something wrong.
