JP1 Remotes

I have a connection problem with this remote.

The remote works well on the tv mode but does not work on dreambox anymore

Made the JP1 Cable interface check and double check and believe is ok.

When no cable is connect to the pc the answer of IR.Exe is
"no response from Interface....."

When interface connected to pc but not to the remote answer is :
"No response from the remote...."

Then when i connect the remote to the interface the response is always the same :
"No reponse from the remote..."

I've tried all the hints given on the forum (fully charged battery, Partialy charged battery, no battery, reverse the cable) but nothing seems to work.

What can i be doing wrong ??

Any sugestions ?

You need to build a JP1.2 cable for the URC-39930 Dreambox V4 remote.
