Modern Denon codes

I recently bought a Denon AVR-587 receiver and have been working out the codes for it. I just stumbled on an excellent resource! The Denon web site has a PDF file listing all of the codes for the AVR-987, and they appear to be compatible with the lower models.
Here's how to work it out:
1) Get the PDF from http://usa.denon.com/AVR987-IRCodes.pdf
2) Note the "System Address" - this is the device number in backwards binary notation, so "01000" is device 2 and "00110" is device 12
3) Note the "Extension Bit" at the top of each table - this is important to add to the binary in that table.
4) Look up a key - ex: Test Tone is "010101" with extension bit "11" for a total of "01010111".
5) Convert this BACKWARDS into decimal with the extension, so that "01010111" becomes "11101010", which is 234. THAT'S YOUR OBC!
I'm still working on the Denon-K codes in the PDF, but I feel like I'm getting somewhere somewhere!
