Thank you for your help, I havn't even seen Atlantic Technology mentioned anywhere.

This sort of request is always tricky for us. If you don't have the original remote to learn from and you've checked the various file sections and found nothing, we don't have anything to work with.

Your best bet now would be to call OFA on the number printed in the URC-8910 manual and ask them if they have a code available for this device. If they do, they can load it into the remote over the phone. Ask them to also email you the list of advanced codes. You can then download the upgrade from the URC-8910 and use the JP1 tools to re-create it as an upgrade file.

If you get that far, come back here for help.

Well it seems that I really am a noob and using the Pronto Hex files I can convert them to something that can be used by ir.exe.

Yup, that Pronto link that you added does indeed give you something to work with. Those codes translate to NEC1 device code 64, sub-device 64.
