URC 9960 B00 Extender version 2a

I have uploaded a new version of the URC 9960 B00 extender that fixes the backlight motion detection problem that happens on some of the B00 revision remotes.

For those of you that have the B00 with the backlight problem and don't want to reinstall the extender you can follow these steps.

1- Open your current IR file in IR
2- Switch to the raw data tab.
3- Locate line # 0760 near the bottom
4- Change the 02 in the 4th column to 01 (zero one)
5- Change the DF in the 5th column to F0 (fox zero)
6- Click on the apply button and click OK or Yes to any prompts you get.
7- Save the image with a new name (just in case you made a mistake)
8- Upload it to your remote
