I just uploaded to all three places (I'm not sure why the Yahoo redirect goes to a different place on hifi-remote than the main tools area. But I reuploaded both).

Most recent changes:
Added pid-0083 for TV/0159
Tweaked the rules for distinguishing NEC from NECx. This still needs serious work.
Renamed pid-000D to Akai to match KM, RM and the dev???.xls files
